BBQ Reservation Cancellation and Change Policy

For reservations of 34 or less people

Cancellation or reduction in number of guests up to 5 days in advance is free of charge

Cancellation between 4 days before and on the day: Full BBQ meal fee for all participants

If the number of people decreases, the full amount of the BBQ meal fee for the number of people who have decreased

For reservations of 35 or more people

Cancellation or reduction in number of guests up to 21 days prior to the event is free of charge

Cancellation between 20 days before and on the day: Full BBQ meal fee for all participants

If the number of people decreases, the full amount of the BBQ meal fee for the number of people who have decreased

If the number of people increases

Up to 2 days in advance *Possible (if ingredients and seats available)

2 days before to the day of the event, please call to confirm (if there is food and seating available)

*Example of cancellation 5 days in advance) If your reservation date is August 6th and you cancel on August 1st, there is no charge, but if you cancel on August 2nd, you will be charged the full cancellation fee.

*For reservations of 35 or more people, a cancellation fee will be charged from 20 days prior to the event to ensure seating.

*Alcohol options are not included in the BBQ meal price.However, please note that if you add a food option when booking, the food option will be included in the price of the BBQ meal.
